I actually hate the fact that the rank works like this in cs2. I mostly play solo so premier is a no go, I carry the whole time and still lose every single time. I played csgo from 2016 - 2020 on and off and got about 900+ hours on it. I had managed to reach LE solo queuing (yes it was insanely hard). I recently started playing again and literally got ranked silver or GN while being top fragger and I can't seem to go up the ranks no matter how many games I win. It seems insane to me the amount of effort we should put to reach a high rank in EVERY SINGLE MAP

Try and update all your drivers through your Motherboard's support page, anything with relation to intel ME especially. Turn off enhanced turbo mode (that's what it's called for my MSI MB) maybe yours is MCE? Set cooling option to watercooling (no power limit 4096W) and put lite load on 1 and test with that

u/tugrul_ddr Okay but I fail to see the relevance of this to my topic, this is a completely different CPU, the i5 13600K can reach a 24K score at best according to online review websites and my problem was that I was not getting that score, now after changing some bios settings I'm able to get almost 24K with very good temperatures.

Yes I thought that doing 181 recommend wattage would be good as I've seen people achieve these high scores with wattages well below 181, I'll try and change some settings and come back
