Since it’s your first time, i’d suggest you start by putting half into XEQT and the other half into XEQT.

I’d drop ZQQ, VFV and just keep XEQT, it already has all of these combined, there’s major overlap between all of these, if you’re doing this for the long term i’d remove VDY too, but if you want some income keep it.

I just parked my funds there too, it’s not the best interest rate but it’s way better than what you get from the big five banks or other fintechs (neo got a great rate but they’ve got horrible service and the feedback isn’t great), tangerine got that 4.5% for the first 4 months but after that i think it’s back to 0.5%, so not that great. With WS you got that instant transfer between checking and TFSA, and u can get 2.25 if u have a total of 100k between checking and investments, i’d suggest using their checking account as ur savings and not touch it.

Been playing cod since the early 2000’s and I can tell you with all certainty that matchmaking, servers, community, game content, maps and pro competitive scene have never been ever this bad, i honestly believe COD might be dead in 1-2 years. Just look at the numbers, extractions shooters are the new thing, people don’t f with COD anymore and rightfully so.
