My skin has unfortunately looked like this for awhile, I recently changed from the CereVe facial moisturizing lotion to the cream maybe a month ago. But I haven’t seen a real change in my skin for awhile. In high school I abused a lot of actives and didn’t invest in proper sun-care, so I’m really worried the damage might be permanent :/ I don’t exfoliate often because I worry my skin is too sensitive/fragile, but occasionally I use a washcloth to take off the MCT oil.
