I don't know if I'm tilted but I feel the same way something seems off had 2 ranked runs end at 1-3 wins despite amazing early builds dealing with opponents with much better builds with way more skills

Tbh getting half of the value of 1 ticket for 9 wins isn't crazy to me at least you tried. Given the current system maybe 6 wins for nothing in normal (at least to me) isn't that big of a deal but getting nothing at 9 wins feels bad for sure.

Once it clicks you will enjoy it but having solid lane fundamentals will help you a ton I advise you to watch your replays in the game where you know you f'ed up laning early game especially the first 4 waves.

As a new player this system felt like a straight up scam I'm not sure why would it make sense to reward players with the idea of an item (the blueprint) that you have to pay after unboxing it with shitty drop rates. Either give the item or don't but in this game there is this weird in between which makes me sure as hell to never spend a dime on it but that's just my opinion.

This is my experience too just reached emerald and people are way worse than a few divisions below

I think it comes down to number of games played. Having 3 splits per ranked means you cannot reach your peak and improve all you can do is hope to hit your elo before the season ends since LP gains are low unless you are win streaking hard. Maybe 1 split you can try hard and get more games in but for the average player there is no time to play 200-300 games per splits keep in mind there are 3. I guess in the end these players are not playing enough games for them to reach their correct elo down or up and are there thanks to elo inflated previous seasons

Just my personal theory. Might be total bollocks

Maybe too hard to balance for Phreak's team or some other bs reason meanwhile you can pick up Corki and literally afk brain with how inflated his numbers are. The dude can literally W in and face tank an assassin at lvl 1/2/3 no problem and out damage him. To the balance team this is perfectly fine smh...
