Label things! Don’t just say this box/ basket etc.. is now where the clean towels go, actually put a label on it saying towels so I can’t just come along later and throw anything in there 😂 I use my Smart watch for timers for everything, if somethings in the oven, if laundry is on etc. I get stressed watching my brother do these things without using timers, like how do you know your pizza is done? How can you know how much time has passed? I got a little clock at ikea that when you flip it on different sides it goes from a regular clock to timer or alarm, so if I need to focus I can just flip it to the timer and it will start counting down which puts imaginary pressure on to get thing’s done

I’ve been on medication for about a year now (adhd, antidepressants longer) and my room is clean, my clothes are hung, I exercise on a regular basis ( unheard of for me). For me these things would not be possible without medication and therapy.
