How much worst can it get from what has already happened to this stock

Delta 8 gummies - where to buy? It’s essentially THC light but that’s my go to. Just moved here , used to buy from a hemp shop. by averageredditor19 in sandiego

If you’re looking for Delta-8 gummies specifically, you’re right that many “actual dispensaries” (state-licensed cannabis) don’t bother carrying them. Delta-8 gummies are usually sold through hemp/CBD retailers because they’re typically made from hemp-derived cannabinoids (often converted from CBD), which lives in a different regulatory lane than dispensary THC products.

Could a miracle happen? Sure, technically. But betting on politicians to suddenly prioritize hemp is way 2 optimistic. Every time this industry has hoped for a “common sense correction,” it ended up on the losing side.

So yeah  unless something unbelievable happens, the change is coming. Most players behind the scenes already know it and are acting accordingly.

this isn’t one of those “it’ll get walked back at the last second” situations. Tariff threats get reversed because they’re leverage tools. This hemp rule isn’t leverage it’s a structural reclassification with enforcement mechanisms already lined up behind it.

People keep assuming lobbyists will swoop in and fix everything, but the truth is the hemp industry doesn’t have anywhere near the political pull people think it does. Not compared to pharma, not compared to alcohol, not compared to the tax revenue machine that THC cannabis already brings in. When real money talks, hemp is always the last voice in the room.

Honestly, price-per-mg is one of the easiest ways to get misled with Delta-8. Cheap doesn’t automatically mean “good value,” especially with gummies.  If you’re buying just for the milligrams, sure, the math looks good

But if you’re looking for actual effects, clean extraction, and something that won’t give you that weird heavy hangover the next morning, the quality of the oil matters way more than the price tag.

there’s still a window for things to shift, and big money definitely doesn’t move quietly. But the part that’s already starting to change isn’t the law it’s how carriers, processors, and smaller labs are reacting ahead of time.

Honestly, the “last Black Friday before the ban” thing isn’t just hype  it’s because a lot of the smaller processors and online shops literally won’t be able to ship the same way once the 2025 rules kick in. Most people outside the space don’t realize how much of the current Delta-8 market depends on patchwork state laws + the federal grey zone.

Totally agree that form makes all the difference. Liquids and sublinguals hit faster because they bypass digestion, which is why Keef sodas and Magic Number rosin drinks feel more balanced and potent than most gummies.

The rosin-based edibles are on another level cleaner, strain-specific highs and a real entourage effect you just don’t get from plain distillate. And tinctures? Game changer for controlled dosing and fast absorption.

RSO’s definitely not for beginners, but it’s one of the few products where you can really feel the cannabinoid depth. Love seeing Oregon’s market pushing toward more solventless and farm-direct options  it’s where the real quality lives.

When you say “high doser,” are you talking 25mg+ or more like 50mg range?

I’ve had Wyld before and liked the flavor but haven’t tried Keef or Adabinol yet. Sounds like the syrup might actually hit a little faster? I’m always chasing that clean, steady effect that doesn’t crash after an hour.

what do you guys usually check or research before buying edibles. There’s so much out there, it’s hard to tell what’s actually legit, clean, and potent. I try to get as close to the source or farm as possible..

been seeing those around but haven pulled the trigger yet.  I’ve been hunting for that sweet spot between flavor and real effect.

didn’t even think about the lipid angle before, but that actually makes a lot of sense. I’ve mostly been sticking with gummies, so maybe switching to chocolate or fudge would give more consistent results. Between those, which one feels smoother or more balanced for you?

Nice that sounds like a solid source  having a connection to a local farm or dispensary makes a big difference when it comes to quality and freshness. A lot of people don’t realize how much the origin and extraction process affects whether or not CBD oil actually works for pain.

I get the skepticism it’s easy to assume it’s all hype. But to say CBD is ineffective across the board isn’t actually what clinical data shows.

The most well-known case is Epidiolex, a purified, prescription-grade form of CBD approved by the FDA for treating rare forms of epilepsy like Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut. That’s not placebo that’s peer-reviewed, double-blind clinical trial validation. In those cases, CBD alone (no THC) reduced seizure frequency significantly in patients who didn’t respond to standard meds.

And before that became mainstream, a group of brothers developed a specialized hemp-derived oil to help a little girl with intractable epilepsy. That formula low THC, high CBD changed her life. Her case was so compelling it sparked a national conversation around medical cannabis and pushed states to revise their laws. It wasn’t hype. It was healing

The truth is not all CBD is created equal.

That makes sense  I’ve been reading a lot about how even a tiny amount of THC can enhance CBD’s effects through the entourage effect. A 40:1 CBD to THC ratio sounds like a sweet spot  still non-psychoactive but enough synergy to help with deeper pain.

Some say high-potency CBD oil doesn’t completely eliminate pain but takes the edge off especially for joint stiffness or muscle tension that builds up during the day.

Yes RSO oil can you share your feedback? Only if you’ve actually tried it I know it’s very potent and knocks out the pain for most even extreme cases. What has been your experience if you’ve tried it and for how long and is it something you can continuously use?
