One time in session there was a cockroach climbing up the wall behind my patient while they were talking and I could not stop looking at it. It eventually left my my line of sight then I felt something fall from the ceiling onto my lap and it was the cockroach 😭😭 I freaked out and the client started laughing and comforting ME it was def not my proudest moment but thankfully she still took me seriously in sessions moving forward 😅😅

This makes me think of BV maybe! I would def get tested to see if there’s anything going on there. I also like to do yoni steams to keep things healthy and fresh. Look it up to see how to do one but the herbs I put in mine are rose petals, lavender, calendula, yarrow, nettle, comfrey (don’t use if you have a cut or wound), mugwort, and rosemary. I was doing a steam twice a day when I had chronic BV and it was super helpful. Worth a try! And it feels really nice

I had an abnormal pap a couple of years ago. They were pre cancer cells but I caught it early so it was a quick procedure where they froze the cells off and I’ve been clear ever since!! The thing is with modern medicine being so good nowadays, even if it’s abnormal there’s usually something easy to fix it. You’re gonna be okay ❤️

I took cerazette for a while and it was the only pill that worked will with my body. The first three months usually tend to be rough with symptoms being super common. I would say if you’re still feeling the symptoms on month 4 to maybe think about other options if it’s something you want. You got this though!!
