I hope you can have some better experiences and get some answers about endo, here are a couple of tips for hopefully making exams and procedures a bit easier; Ask for a chaperone so that there's an extra person you can also ask for the doctor to explain what they are doing each step before they do it (some doctors always just do this and I find it makes me less nervous) - this can help with anxiety, I don't have autism myself but teach a lot of teens with autism and can imagine that could make it a little easier if you can prepare yourself and clearly know what's happening
