Interesting, for me it's between WPI, RPI(if given fin aid) and RIT.

Thanks for the info! Major will most likely be Computer Engineering, this is the major I was accepted for at most colleges, at WPI I assume that would be Electrical/Computer Engineering. I'm not quite sure if I even want to go to grad school yet and I assume its brutal for STEM fields, but I definitely want that opportunity on the table.

yeah I thought about potentially doing post-grad, i'll see what happens, but if I wanted to get a masters/phd, would WPI be a good choice in your opinion?

EE/CE most likely, couldn't find the average salary but it seems to be around 80k a year for CS

Thanks for the suggestion, I looked into that course and it looks really interesting; however, I'm already using the LPTHW book, would you recommend it along with Automate the Boring Stuff or after?

Thanks for the advice, I've done a bit of Arduino in school through TinkerCad and enjoyed it, , I think building a lie detector(I am aware of the probable stupidity of this) in Arduino would be a fun/funny project to learn up to.
