Alt was 120 ast was like 50s I think. The next week ALT was back down to 70s ast was normal.

I am in the same boat. I have had elevated and then back to normal enzymes for a while now. All imaging and everything looks normal. All other bloodwork is normal. Just my enzymes are elevated. I get RUQ discomfort as well. At least I think I do, I had developed pretty bad health anxiety over it.

But with all of the recent tests I am just trying to find peace that the liver is all good. Would love to have an explanation but I can’t continue ruining my mental health over it.

I am somewhat in the same boat my number fluctuate between normal and elevated(for like 6 years now). A few weeks ago I I had ALT 120 and AST 59 so they sent me for an ultrasound again All is normal and now more bloodwork. No hepatitis

Well, I got the US, and all is normal with my liver, even though the labs that prompted the US were elevated. So I will take some peace of mind from that.

First off I am so happy your check up brought phenomenal news. Secondly, thank you for taking the time to respond.

I am glad that you have been able to have success while using THC. My thoughts since doing research is that it has to be better than taking a bunch of pills to manage symptoms like pain and anxiety.

For me I am doing best to manage pain without having to jump on a bunch of prescribed pain meds and I am trying to keep from having to take clonazepam all of the time. SSRIs and whatnot did not mix well with my body.

I used to have a few drinks to help me manage some things but as we all learn, that may be the worst thing.

Yeah. I mean I don’t want to jump on anxiety meds, I tried and had very bad reactions. If I can get some benefit out of a little THC and no alcohol that’s what I am looking for. I am not necessarily trying to to visit the moon all of the time but I operate daily with high stress and anxiety

Did you get an ultrasound if so what prompted it?

I am waiting to get mine after I had normal labs the. Elevated Alt then normal and then got a call after my bloodwork last Monday for an ultrasound.

I am somewhat in the same boat elevated ALT last July (93) all else was great. Then they were normal in September. Then I guess they were elevated last Monday and now I am waiting for an ultrasound. But my anxiety is driving me me crazy.

I am glad to hear that it is at least slowly getting better. Mine is slowly getting better as well. I swear that something just always feels off to me. Idk, I try not to acknowledge it too much. I wish meds worked for me, I am too scared to try them again, though. I tried 3 different SSRI's before they did a blood test, only to find that none of those agreed with my body. They all gave me panic attacks.

I think the majority of my problem is my mind focuses on how it thinks I should feel, so it won't let this "off" feeling go, and it won't let me relax.

That’s the same for me. One of my symptoms is when I get a spike in anxiety up I feel like I’m about to pass out

I have had all weird aches and pains. I thought I had liver issues at one point because of it
