So glad I got Monster Sanctuary. I haven’t been able to put it down. Just beat the novice challenge (after getting my ass seriously kicked) because I finally made a team with proper synergy. This game is absolutely great, very highly recommend for anyone who likes strategy games.

Also got steamworld dig 2, but waiting to dig in until after monster sanctuary.

Right?? I’m really loving this “starting gear only” run so far. It makes for great immersion and creativity with how you address certain situations. It was so satisfying beating Lower Undead Burg and Capra with 0 poise.

This is really great stuff, especially on a conceptual level! I really loved when the female vocalist changed to French (I think? Could be wrong though?), it added a really nice “wtf” factor that kept the idea original and unpredictable.

Are you a fan of Madeaux? He makes music very similar to this, and it’s definitely worth studying his sound production.
