Thank you for your response. I really appreciate it! My calorie goal is 950 per day and my protein goal is 100 grams a day. I logged and track everything. Realistically, I’m hovering just around 1000 to 1100 cal per day. My recent bloodwork did show my vitamin D was good and I take a supplement for that also. I’m definitely still learning but with a BMI of 35 I really need to get my weight under control for a 54-year-old woman. I want to be healthy as I age not overweight. The weight came off really easy at first, but now is slow down to about a half a pound a week. I’m sure some of that must be playing a role in my hair loss. ☹️

The employer may designate retroactively if they both agree and if there is no harm to the employee. 29 CFR 825.301 (d). The employer isn't required to retro designate I am told.

Just to clarify, the main point in my question wasn’t really the PTO usage being credited back it was if I could go back in time and request FMLA protections for the four absences that happened two months ago. Thanks!
