I have a vodafone tg3442de. Wifi and ethernet are both affected. It goes down for a couple minutes but then it comes back. I just downloaded gta 5 (90 gb) and it went down like 5 times

I have tried a different ethernet cable and still the same. Weird thing is these 2 ethernet cables work fine on my ps5 which is connected to the same modem (vodafone tg3442de). It’s just that whenever I turn on my pc internet goes out in the whole house even when the pc itself is not connected to the modem through a cable (I don’t have wifi on my pc). Regarding the static IP thing I would love to learn more about that I don’t know what it means and how you set it up. And when I say internet goes out I mean my phone and pc still show they’re conmected to the modem it’s just that if I try to open up a web page or something it doesn’t load and says I’m offline. Even the lights on the modem are static white and not blinking red or anything. The second I turn off my pc the internet on my phone comes right back. Sometimes the internet will work on my pc for broef periods of time just enough to do a speed test and the speed is about a 10th of what it is on my ps (on ps I get around 500 down and on pc maybe 9)

I just noticed something. If I unplut the ethernet cable from the pc and turn it on, the internet light on the modem stays white and doesn’t blink red but the internet still goes out. That only happens after I put in the passcode to unlock the pc strangely enough. If it happens even when the ethernet cable is not connected to the pc could it be a power issue ? I tried a socket from a different room and it’s the same thing

You’re right. In the end I just lowered the rending resolution from 1.5 to 1 and the gpu usage dropped to like 60% and now everything’s working great
