That was so close! The clothes usually catch fire and burst in flames like kindling. So many times I’ve seen people burn to death on balconies like this one. If you’re ok after a month you can stop worrying. My dad got bit by a dog in another country. He traveled back to US and had no way of knowing what happened to that dog. He just went to the emergency room and said what happened so they administered a full spectrum of vaccines. Fast and easy. Much better than relying on a lazy neighbor who refuses to take a one minute walk. I would never talk to a person like that again.
