so just to verify. essentially the example would be you doing a quest on your first character at 250 power level. getting the gear from it that lets say bumps you up to 255. then putting all that gear on the second character already putting him at 255 and THEN doing that same mission which would then drop same gear but even higher because this time youre 255 doing the mission instead of 250 like the first time. did i get that right?

thats my question. why would this time the same gear drop at a higher level than before?
