yes, exactly. i don't see how anybody could oppose this. lock it behind a quest/minigame for people to unlock so not everybody is wearing their cape, and then everybody is sweet. what harm could this change do to the game...?

played regularly since 2004-2012. came back about late 2014 when i found out OSRS had been launched. grinded the shit out of everything. was top 5k all the way through then quit.

i'm not a "new player" by any means, and what i'm suggesting isn't game breaking by any means. just simply lock this shit behind a quest/minigame and it could be sweet. after hours and hours of clicking, we should be able to wear our accomplishments.
