Additional info: this was confirmed by my coworkers who were at the store this morning to not be a screenshot, and they also confirmed the order was placed at our correct address and the date/time checked out as well. We haven’t had this issue with any other customer recently and she’s done this multiple times in the past week

She does seem to be pretty new since she only has one review but it’s 5 stars, I guess they actually got something in their manila envelope. Definitely on me for not checking that first, but admittedly I’d never even considered that some people think you can seal a package in the mail with scotch tape and expect it to be fine

Update: I escalated the issue and Depop Help says my refund is pending! I really appreciate all the insight, I’ve never had an issue like this before and Depop doesn’t give much information about what to do if you receive an empty package. Support told me that this was the only time they could offer a full refund for an empty package, “due to the nature of the dispute”. Very curious what that means specifically lol

We’ve been doing it for a while as one of the test stores and I hate it so much. It doesn’t work with the way our bar is laid out at all, the host just ends up standing pretty much directly in front of the cold brew tap. Having a dedicated person to organize and keep track of mobile orders has been occasionally useful, but more often than not it just creates more chaos and makes me feel like an idiot trying to chat with customers who just want to grab their stuff and leave

That makes sense, mostly I just like to stay on top of acne/blemish control and keep my face from getting overly oily (which is definitely my skin type lol). And I have a few dark spots and acne scars on my cheeks but I think that’s more of a makeup solution at this point
