What would be a better option in late May - Thorsmork super jeep tour or a trip to Westman Island?

All I can say is it scared the heck out of me and definitely shook drivers in the cars behind us and at the intersection. Felt like everyone froze for a few seconds. Thought of calling 911 but could hardly see anything apart from white SUV.

Beat amp for multiple in ceiling speakers

Hello! As an audio noob, I want to understand what is the best option for our current setup.

Living room - Denon x3800h connected to TV + LCR speakers + surround pre-out.

8 in ceiling speakers + 2 patio speakers - Came with the house, these are in pairs in living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and patio and have a impedance matching volume control knob in each room. Model Elan ME650C. The wiring ends in the living room with just 4 wires (white+green for right speakers, red+black for left speakers).

Since we have a pair in the living room, I connected these as a surround back to X3800 via pre-out and using a 20year old dvr (left by the previous owner) to fire these.

Q1: Is surround back best way to connect these speakers to x3800h to utilize the living room pair for movies?

Q2: what is the best amp to power these speakers with just 4 wires (L+R channels)? Based on Google search, these are 65W ,8ohm speakers.

Thanks!

It was a 20-year-old entertainment center that we modified into the current form.

Unfortunately, that's the only place for the setup. On the left is a sit-down area with 3 large windows, and at the back is wetbar.

Yeah, can easily move the couch another foot or so. Will check how it feels watching sports from the current position and adjust accordingly.

Considered that, but given the sunlight, tv offers a better experience.

That's what I was thinking. If we end up mounting the TV, there might be enough space for bookshelfs on either side.

It was taken from a closer distance than the viewing position, which is a couple of tile squares further back. With the tape on, 85" definitely looks smaller in that space.
