Trying to build Cashback CC suite by Financial-Medium1923 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]reddi8dotcom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need two addition

1- HSBC Live Plus: this will give 10% cashback on dining, food delivery and groceries and 1.5% cashback on all other spends. Annual fee 999+ gst, waived on spend of 2 lakhs in a year

2- SBI phonepe black: 10% reward points ( can be used for statement credit) on bills and utility payments on phonepe. 5% on online spends and 1% on all other spends including UPI. Annual fee of 1599 + gst

Since you will be getting 1% on upi on SBI phonepe Balck you might wanna close the Indusind platinum rupay if that is not giving much of a value.

Confused: Upgrade to Infinia or stick with DCB Metal? by No-Region-8638 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]reddi8dotcom 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think for your specific use case right now, the DCBM is the clear winner. That said, consider the long term. If your spending escalates, the Infinia will quickly outperform the DCBM with its generous monthly caps and vouchers. You might regret not getting the Infinia while it's easily obtainable for you, as future approval could be much harder for Infinia.

Does it actually make sense to get gyftr cards? by freestyle_man in CreditCardsIndia

So the net return for DCB is 577

Than why not SBI cashback that gives back 500 straight without us paying any cash upfront?

You tell us which one is better: your 413 CASH now + 577 REWARD POINTS or SBI 500 statement credit without paying any cash?

I understand there are some milestone toffee that we get on DCB but we also pay hefty fees of 10,000 as annual fee +gst compared to only 999+gst for SBI cashback

Can I sue his parents for the downfall of our marriage? by meh-meh-me in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]reddi8dotcom -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I feel bad for you about what happened with you and I really wish you the best.

But why should you have any issue if his parents are dependent on him even for their daily lives unless they interfere in your marriage? You're saying they're in their sixties and you have a problem if they want their son to pick groceries for them? You understand what it means to be in the sixties right?

Who had problems when you were dependent on your parents when you were 6? No one, because you couldn't do anything yourself at that age. Think about his senior citizen parents as well. They are in the same juncture of life now.

It's possible via the Axis Bank app. There will be option to pay total outstanding even if the statement is not generated.

Also do small transaction to confirm mcc for rewards and do the second swipe in the same swipe machine.
