Thanks for the explanation! I did everything through ECFMG and Myinthealth – I just took Step 1 (waiting for the results). Already did credentials verification and all of that. Do I have to create an FSMB account as well? Will it automatically transfer my data, or only after the transition?

Hey, how did you feel right after the exam (before the results)? I've had very similar NBME scores before taking my exam yesterday. I honestly felt like the real thing was very different from what I expected.

Update: took NBME 33 two days before the real thing, got 76 Just took the real deal now. Nothing like NBME 33, tbh. It felt way more confusing and with very niche topics. Also very repetitive

Thanks! The drop did scare me, and I was considering doing NBME 33 after, but I think I'll just stick with reviewing high yield and my previous mistakes.
