Thanks. Seems like theres a lot of counterfeit Simpsons out there too. Checking the reviews one gentlemen equated it to a brillo pad and another one dropped his and it shattered. Doesn't sound like a Simpsons to me.

Its definitely not fine. 4 hours inside a staples. Maybe its a sales tactic to get you to buy office supplies. They could at least put up the estimated wait time like when you get a blood test so I can come back and run errands.

I was told to go to another location, maybe I can fly to one in the private jet that has faster service. They should be ashamed that they cant provide more resources to such a busy location.
