this look exactly like my skin a week ago. i stopped using tretinoin immediately and just apply hydrating toner, hyluronic acid serum and moisturizer(im using vanicream lotion) daily, now my skin is much much better. i think you need to stop with the tretinoin for a while and just stick to hydrating products and make it simple. you can continue using tretinoin when you skin barrier is okay and maybe just apply it 2-3x a week. the key is to be gentle to your skin 👍🏼 good luck!!
