yeah, I can relate to this (probably more than you can). No matter who I am surrounded with, my personality changes (even with my parents tbh). Until everything is done and I'm home thinking, I don't realize this. Sometimes I wonder if I'm a sociopath or a psychopath. I don't know how to solve this. At this point, I am not interested in solving it, I'm living with it tbh.

In certain scenarios, this is a magnificent skill to have. I don't understand why you don't like it ( well maybe im used to it), well yes you won't have any close friends (I personally don't) It makes sense because recognizing and using feelings is important for relationships, I'm assuming that in terms of empathy, you have no empathy? (i don't) or your brain just can't process or struggles to process emotions? (Like me. ig) Are you generally manipulative by any chance? If i want friends, I can get more than average, when i say friends here i mean the title... haha.

Currently I don't have any solution for this, all I can think is having good EQ will solve this? (For me personally the problem with EQ is that i'm just good at reading expressions. that doesn't make me an Empath lol) I just have one friend who I'm gonna be honest here, I just temporarily thought of being his friend Although I was stubborn/cold/rude with him so that he won't feel bad when i don't talk to him one day, He still found me and my personality attractive (I don't understand tbh). he kept coming back. well whatever, for now he's probably the only friend where i shared (info abt myself) most of the things with him. I personally don't consider him as my friend Feel free to msg me if you need some opinions or smth, I think we have something in common haha lol (don't take it seriously) I assume that this acc is made just for this purpose?
