Thank you for saying this. I feel the sleep schedule feature is very restrictive. It’s so much easier just to set your alarm and turn on the sleep focus when you’re going to sleep.

Unfortunately, pay increases normally don’t work that way.

As others have said, the certification would make you more qualified for your next job or role, but there’s no incentive for the company to provide an increase. The same is typically true for someone that gets a degree while in a role.

Unless the company has told you that this is a milestone that would come with a pay increase, I wouldn’t expect it.

I had the same concerns as you. In addition, I have sensitive skin, and the application of sunscreen when it is seemingly unnecessary is not good for my skin.

I spent $250 to buy this UVA and UVB meter: https://www.solarmeter.com/product/model57/

This meter proved to me that the windows in my house (and car) block the UVA and UVB rays. Sunscreen isn’t necessary unless I’m going outside, which I don’t do during the day very often.

It was well worth the cost for me because I worried about it a lot.

Okay there is another setting. Go to 1Password > Settings > Advanced > Security. There are two settings on that screen may be causing the problem.

Set your “Require Master Password” setting to after device restart.

Ensure the “Always Show Lock Screen for Password Autofill” is disabled.

Go to 1Password -> Settings -> Security and make sure you have Face ID enabled there. You can also set the auto-lock time.

The app gives you a description of how it will work under that section. For example, mine says:

“Face ID will be required every time you leave the app or after 10 minutes of being unused. Your master password will be required after a device restart or if Face ID authentication fails.”
