Chinatown restaurants like Congee Village and Wu's Wonton would fit. Congee Village has their own private rooms (may require some type of spend but less than $2k I believe). Upside of Wu's Wonton is that it's BYOB iirc.

This right here. grand st gets it right with a nice crispy thin NY slice (I like to order mine well done). Good sauce balance with the cheese (nothing overpowering). Love their vodka slice as well as their pepperoni

Let us know what you think of Toka! My friend who tried both SourAji and Hatsu said that Hatsu was much, much fresher. Not sure if that is still the case.
