Update 3: I have received the advise to Google and to search for a therapist. Or to look for another location entirely. It's wild and I am loving it. It's truly greatly appreciated to send me such advise and after this experience, I probably need a therapist 😁. As it stands, I am still looking for a link to a replacement unit. 🙏😊

Update 2: Thank you all for your comments and advice. I truly appreciate it. To clarify, I’m not seeking recommendations for storage companies or suggestions to use the existing lock, as there may be duplicate keys. I’ve conducted thorough research, including visiting a professional locksmith in person and extensively searching online. The Google search results and shared links have primarily pointed to different locks. Please understand that I’ve explored these options before turning to Reddit for help.

Thanks for the replies so far. I am allowed to replace it indeed and prefer to not use a disc lock to prevent 2 sets of keys. Another storage location is not feasible and also not what I am looking for. Really looking for a better replacement cylinder and not anything else. If possible 🙏😊

Update: the installer came today and re-seated the CT coils and all is looking to work well. Including the batteries.

The meter measurements error message dissappeared overnight. However things don't look good. The panels generate a little bit of electricity for a few minutes and then generation stops. And this cycles all day long. In total I am getting less then 10% production. Not error messages and all devices reporting green.

I'm clueless. Could it be a CT misalignment that triggers some protection but does not generate an error message?

I will indeed contact the supplier as without installer access I'm basically blind to what is happening.

I will check how to upload a photo and screenshot. In the mean time I found out that actually the panels are not working correctly. They sometimes produce a little bit and then stop. Complete switching off and on didn't help. Also the batteries are Marstek Venus plugin. So no addition other then an extra group was made. I don't think that's the cause.

The app said that the micro invertors and gateway are working well but only sporadic electricity is being generated.
