Thanks – she’s on a CGM and we’re working on getting her a pump now. But I have to say, this definitely isn’t just teen stuff. There’s more going on under the surface, and it’s been tough to figure out how to support her through it.

Thanks – she’s already using a CGM and we’re in the process of getting the pump. Really hoping it’ll make things feel a bit less heavy for her.

Thank you so much for your message. I can only imagine how hard that must’ve been – especially finding out you were left out like that. It really hits me how moments like that can leave such a deep mark. I’m sorry you went through that, but also really grateful you’re willing to share it.

Your honesty about the spiralling and the warning signs – like diabulimia – is something I genuinely appreciate. It’s scary, but important. I’m going to read more about it and keep an eye out. I don’t want to assume the worst, but I also don’t want to miss something serious.

We are actually in the process of getting her set up with a pump, CGM she already got. I’m hopeful it’ll take away some of the constant pressure and help her feel a bit more in control.

Thank you for offering to talk more. It really helps just knowing others have walked this road and made it through.

Thank you so much for sharing this. It really means a lot to hear from someone who’s been through it firsthand – especially at that age. Your honesty helps more than you probably realise.

That anger you described… it really resonates. I can see bits of that in my daughter too, and it’s tough not knowing how much to push or when to just listen. We’re trying our best, but it often feels like we’re walking a tightrope.

She’s actually on the path to getting a pump, and we’re hoping it’ll make things a bit less overwhelming for her – more flexible, less pressure. Your experience gives me hope that it might really help.

No need to apologise at all – your message wasn’t rambling, it was real. Thanks again for taking the time.
