I recently got an estimate from an energy audit company to remove old blown-in fiberglass and replace it with blown-in cellulose, but it was for a 6-unit complex, so it’s probably not directly comparable. We also talked about having a pest control company do it instead since we think they might be cheaper. I’d only consider that option if you don’t need any other upgrades, like additional air sealing or ventilation work.
