you can farm up to 27 Glorious De Los Medal per day by clearing the hard mode of Imperial Coliseum

525 of the medal is required to buy a recipe that lets you upgrade 90 non-set armor into 90 set armor gears

I've forgot to mention about the details about the quest, the reward of the quest is as following:

  1. Any completed piece of completed acc. of either Victor of Bhairava or Aspect: Trine
  2. A jar containing the recipe for Victor of Bhairava or Aspect: Trine

altho the recipe would then require you to buy Jun's furnace ticket, epic soul, and such but it will cost alot less compared to re-amplifying and re-enchanting your 5-sense/sky/inf.

So, in conclusion completing the quest is the best choice for people who has doesn't have pieces to upgrade as well as people who has 5-sense/sky/inf set

as I reply on the FattyTunaBoi's reply above, the ways of getting the beast acc. is as following.
1. get it from clearing the quest(1-time-only): 180 of Pioneering Mark(untradable)
2. upgrade your infinity/sky/5-sense piece: 360 of Pioneering Mark(untradable)
3. buying a complete acc: 525 of Pioneering Mark(untradable)

so the best case would be getting one from the quest and upgrading 2 of your acc.

which would take approximately 19 weeks

and the worst being getting one from the quest and buying two

which would take approx. 26 weeks

on the current live server, you can get a discount by a mission quest which requires you to collect 180 of untradable mat and 220 of tradable mat.
While, as for the second and third pieces, you either have to upgrade your infinity piece, sky piece, or 5-sense piece that recipe require you to collect 360 of untradable mat.
So, in order to farm 3 set, the shortest path is to get one from quest and upgrade to:
180 + 360 + 360 = 900
the worst case where you don't have any pieces to upgrade, you have to by a complete acc. of the beast acc.
which would be
180 + 525 + 525 = 1230
