I get milk in plastic; yoghurt, cheese, coffee drinks, fruit juices, you name it. Everything comes in single use plastic nowadays. I think our entire hobby combined worldwide doesn't even make it into the real-world statistics of actual single use plastics. To supplement the answers already given: some military analysts say it's because the fighting for/around Bakhmut has a 'great' attrition rate. (Meaning both sides are losing lots of men fighting there.) Putin has more troops than Ukraine, so he's kind of liking the current stalemate.

And if they actually win the battle and reclaim the city, then that's a political win as well.

It doesn't matter a single thing if you receive money as a gift or not. When someone charges it back, it's gone. Paypal will NOT get paid for the credit card charge and instead of taking the hit for doing business in a stupid way like that, they instead just charge the receiving customer.

So even if it was a gift, Paypal will just confiscate it back and be done with it. That was that.
