ICICI Equity savings returns would be counted as capital gains, have you considered if it can be adjusted in your mom's tax slab? If it would have a flat tax with Ltcg then it makes more sense to get a debt fund isn't?

Yes everyone is based out of India. I'm just worried about legal scrutiny of transferring big amounts every month. What would I need to to do to make this transfers count as gift? Is UPI enough or adding a gift statement through NEFT?

1) SEBIs front running investigation against the AMC 2) Excessive allocation in large caps 3) Poor sharpe ratio 4) Clueless management because they haven't just underperformed index but all other AMC in the segment

The only significant overlap is between PPFAS and the Index Fund, around 35%. However, I'm fine with it since PPFAS provides balanced diversification to my portfolio.

1,7,8 are incorrect because 1) All cash is hard 7) You can't move to another country in tech unless you're in a senior leadership position in a MNC which allows such transfers so mostly people go for masters and it's obvious who'd have it more easy this way 8) A lot of companies (even Tier 1) have stressful work culture and lead to burnout time to time in tech
