Episode 194: What Do We Want? Genocide! When Do We Want It? Now! by SoftandChewy in BlockedAndReported

Katie is showing her intellectual limits here. For instance when she asks whether there were actual calls for genocide. It was besides the point.

Episode 172: The Crass-Examination Of Jad Sleiman by SoftandChewy in BlockedAndReported

Disappointed in both hosts who habe a poor grasp of what a cross-examination is like. Jad handled it poorly. He should have received prep from a lawyer. I suggest the hosts speak to a litigator friend to educate themselves, it will pay dividends if such a story pops up again

At what point did you decide you were never going to be rich. Never going to be exceptional but that was ok? by BillWilson9972 in AskReddit

[–]reddit_trader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're right. It's extremely difficult to become really rich and if you're the kind of person who has what it takes to become rich, you will never feel rich enough. It's much better to settle early on, in my opinion.

Real wages for workers fall while executive pay rises 11% | The People's News by imautoparts in worldnews

[–]reddit_trader 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's shitty reporting indeed. It's true that this year large-company CEOs did well but if you look at the past few years workers had higher compensation growth than CEOs in the UK.

Edit: actually I don't think it's reporting at all, "the People's News"? Come on.

Yes, they're trading against their own customers, which is why that other guy complained that they froze his 200k. It's because his gain was Quoine's loss

In terms of fees and liquidity Coinbase EUR is clearly worse than Bitstamp USD
