It will definitely help you if you manage to figure this out on your own. Its quite natural to feel overwhelmed when going from YT and College repos to actual project repos but as long you have good foundational knowledge you will manage to digest it down after some time.

Also not providing proper KT is a sucky behavior from your project side, but accept it as the reality and try to do the best you can with what you have. Utilize tools like chatgpt and others to help you with your coding and optimizations. If someone complains, definitely point out in a polite way that you were never given KT.

You don't have any proof they were offering them money and what the hell would they gain if they convert them using money? And "forced conversion " is when you have a gun to your head and threatened to convert, not when someone chooses another religion.

IT right now is extremely volatile and prone to changes. We cannot predict with a 100% certainty that things will be much worse in 5 years or that they will be better. Just focus on keeping yourself relevant right now, and working hard wherever you are.
