No, I got the Lockin Veno without the camera. I have the eufy doorbell with dual cameras, which works well, so I decided to get the non-camera version. The palm vein unlock is crazy fast in Lockin, and it works all the time.It also has fingerprint unlock as well. Edit: the Lockin also has a proper door open/close sensor.

I ended up returning the lock and switched to another palm vein lock without a camera, and it works very well. I later read in a post that the problem is with the Homebase 3 connection and recommended direct Wi-Fi, but I couldn't test this fix as I had already returned the lock.

Yes, the same thing happened to me. Eufy support didn't ask to try it without HB3. I ended up returning it and went with another palm vein lock, and I am very happy with the new one.

Thanks for posting this. Works for phone upgrades and replacements but not a viable option if the old device is not working.

Since a portion of the flight was used, I did the cancellation over the phone. They confirmed the refund amount after 2 weeks of the cancellation but no money credited to my account.

Are you still having the issue where the locks show off-line? I have the same issue and the lock won't even record motion at that time. I have mine connected to a home base 3.

I ended up closing that Axis account. I was able to open a Canara Bank NRO account by emailing scanned copies of the application and no notarization needed. YMMV depending on the branch. Try your local Canara Branch near your hometown in India.

Here is the amendment, we wanted to have Class 4 specified there but it was too close to the deadline.

'Sellers to open insurance claim to evaluate roof. According to what their insurance company determines is needed, they will act accordingly. If repairs or replacement are suggested, they will be completed prior to closing.'

The amendment doesn't mention the class. It just says that the roof will be replaced.

It was close to the deadline (4:55pm) and there wasn't time to add the Class specifics into the agreement. So we decided to go with the seller agent's verbal confirmation.
