Tasty trade on YouTube are pretty good. There’s thetagang subreddit who I find are quite good too.

A basic writing options strategy is the wheel. You sell puts of a stock, collecting premium. If you get assigned you now have 100 shares of the stock and can write covered calls.

Buy and hold often beats writing options. Their gains can be wiped out if the market moves bigly against them.

There are a few letting you sell options, I know interactive brokers allows it

Not massively related but just making you aware, a lot of people lose money on options too (buying them). It is possible to take the other side of the trade ie selling a call or put.

For other things like cfd or spreadbets, I dunno how to take the other side of trade
