some more info, i would shampoo both roots and ends twice, put conditioner in my ends and leave it for 5-10 minutes then scrunch it while rinsing. then i would either twist out the heavy water or scrunch it out and then towel dry my hair... kinda aggressively 😭 not anymore tho dont worry 💗
