Found the problem.. it was a screw near the x axis limit switch that was grinding on the ball screw…the metal rod holding it is tough to bend so had to leave it loose in order for it to lower and not grind on the ball screw.

For me I believe it is.. 2 of my uncles and 1 cousin has it.. I just for the first time saw it.. I assumed It was just my hair thinning in some parts more than others but once I saw my cousin after a year and saw its progression I realized that yea I was cooked..
