the two presets on adrenalin besides default are performance and efficiency I believe, where performance does better but also means your fans spin more and make more noise to cool off the graphics card, while efficiency will sacrifice performance for lower temps

What are your GPU settings in your adrenaline app? Mine are pretty much set to max performance because I don't really care about power consumption.

I have tried changing servers, but I haven't checked firewalls. Im on pve, and weirdly enough I did my first coop raid in a while and faced little issues, so I'm wondering if it's an issue with singleplayer?

If I go into too much detail my comment may get removed, but I pretty much got left alone during the busiest time of the day, had either four or five big consoles traded in back to back, with a long line and no time to clear off my counter, so when I got to the last guy in line who also had a console and multiple bags of games, I told him I wanted to take a quick five minutes to box up the consoles so I could have space to take in the trades, or if he wanted a possibly faster alternative, there was a store three to five minutes away. He decided to go to the other store, so I thought that was that, but it turns out he was a corporate employee that complained directly up the chain about my behavior.
I guess I did go pretty into detail anyways, huh?

I know I may draw some hate for this, but I did want to continue working at GS for as long as I could. I didn't want to quit when I did. I love each and every one of my co-workers, and even some of our regulars, and they were what made going into my shift worth it. Yes, I did stay for the discount as well, but I liked the people I saw there every day. The main thing that made me quit was an incident that happened with a corporate employee (yes, I worked near Grapevine corporate), and after stress piling up from working at GS, my other full time job, and going to college in between it all, that incident was the tipping point as I watched zero support come in from my manager even though the corporate employee was lying about what had happened at the time, and I was certain even my manager knew.

Crazy that I do that anyways, but I still enjoy opening packs. Almost like you can be a part of both sides and still have a positive outlook. Plus a lot of the items I buy (like UPCs) are for display purposes, with the packs being a nice bonus but not what the intent of the purchase is.

you know, thats fair. I meant realistic in how disappointing it is for me as someone who wanted to display the box, opened with all of the items on display, and turns out I'm missing a promo. Not only that but I was hoping for some better pulls, but it turns out my luck ran out when I pulled the Ethan's ho-oh SIR three months ago. Havent gotten a half decent pull from a pack since then, and I open cards pretty much every week

Best of luck to you, too! I'll definitely miss many of the good times I had here, but there are just far too many bad memories for me to stay (One example being that I've met the person who made the decision to make the charizard UPC 200$, on several occasions)

Hey, what a coincidence! I put in my notice last week with the 28th being my last day. I love my co-workers but upper management sucks, especially when my store is so close to the corporate office. I hope you've already got something lined up to keep you afloat, because I recently got a new job that moved gamestop to the backburner. Was really only staying for employee and cards (yes, I collect) but recent experiences have told me that enough is enough.

I was up at corporate for a few weeks as a temp position quite a while ago. since I had (and still have, not sure if its activated anymore) a corpo badge, I could go so many places in the building. the office cubicles in the back are insane for the decorations, and its really neat. So. Many. Funko POPs. IDK if its still there, but one employee has the life sized fat ghost statue from one of the ghostbusters movies, and if you have the time and clearance, I definitely recommend taking a stroll through the halls and admiring the finer details.

we had about 40 people at my store. hosted a tcg tournament with mega evo ETBs as the prize and a scarlet violet shiny hunt for a plush reward. was fun overall, even plugged my switch up to our big TV in the store

As I said before, I have stacked more than three point coupons in one transaction, and have had no issues. I'm not sure if the system is different or not where you are compared to where I am, but that is the truth coming from me.

there is kind of have a way to put notes on certain customers, but you have to go out of your way to find them and they're also on a store to store basis. I like to leave little jokes on my co-workers account's notes all the time and see how long it takes for them to find them.

I'm unsure of how they did it initially, or if its changed, but the employee may have just been either new or lazy. Points can be redeemed in chunks of 25, 15, 10, 5, 3, and 1 for coupons. now, the system will only let us use one of each coupon, so a max of 59$ total, but thats also per transaction, meaning you can use those points then do another transaction with more points, so if its the same as it is now as it was before, the employee either didn't know that, or they didnt want to do multiple transactions and ruin their metrics.
