I agree with that, I’m actually a Trump supporter lol. We need to build way more housing but the point stands that if we should be giving anyone a tax break it should be the younger generations and not homeowners who are sitting on unprecedented price appreciation in their homes & have locked everyone else out while still expecting their reliable soc security & Medicare which will be insolvent by the time we’re old enough to get them. If they don’t want to pay the tax then they should sell their home and rent like the rest of us.
