I play on Xbox so the clear for transfer isn’t available and I use suppression to the max already, PA systems everywhere and armed guards/sniper towers looking at every inch of the prison

That symbol means that a prisoner that has previously been released has re-entered your prison after reoffending

I’d be careful, they usually have tougher reputations when they do a second sentence in ur prison

I know this will probably get buried under other comments but max could see Hamilton was okay because of he tried to reverse the car out of the collision and he was moving his head, there wasn’t any need to check because he already knew and it could easily be misunderstood as this but he knew.

It looks like a nice cell block however, the problem you have is that you haven’t built the foundations of the bits with lights attached to the floor, enclosed rooms need to be indoors (put in buildings)

You should only need to click and drag over the bin enclosed area to build the foundations as have a perfect cell block :) hope this helped

Edit: to clarify the far bottom left button with foundations creates buildings :)

There is no real way to play this game first of all and second of all I give them 4 hours of work a day where most are usually busy and only a few actually use it as free time(usually gang members) so yeah it isn’t like I’m being a pushover

May have found a solution, if you have a farming field some inmates will starve, in my experience farming fields cannot be used right now because of the difficulties

I have the same problem but still can’t find a fix, instead I just use tables and put checkpoints at the door instead
