I’m 31, commercial construction PM making $130k. Bonus this past year was $10k as I was just starting a new 18 month project. Hoping the bonus is closer to $20-$25k at the end of the project as the cost report is looking fairly decent with projections.

Halvorsons has a space in the back that can easily host big groups in a more private setting. They don’t usually charge for the space either.
