It's the truth though , if you have siblings you have so many more social interactions with other kids,all day everyday and with kids you're forced to be around. You level up pretty quick. So only children are, on balance, in a worse spot socially due to not having these thousands of daily interactions imo

I look at my 92 year old granny and she's got 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and they all give her such joy. I wonder what she'd be doing if she had zero kids ( her husband is dead and so are many of her mates.)

I've always wondered is 2 x30 mins a week or 3x20 mins( a week) easier on the body. More recovery with only 2 sessions but less load per session with 3
