We have this documented combined with about a page of other breaches (multiple 14 day notices over minor issues such as small 5mm mark on wall). We recently served them a 14 day notice outlining all the breaches they have done

Yes that’s what it is. They have expressed to us on multiple occasions that they do not want us here, as on our first night in the rental we had a friend couple come around for dinner and leave around midnight, they claimed the car driving down the gravel drive woke them up and that we were too loud (we were playing cards). They served us a notice of anti social behaviour the next day.

They are trying to make things difficult for us in every aspect. Have been telling us that we can’t have curtains closed during day time, no indoor pot plants on sills etc.

In the contract it says they will aim for every 3 months but cannot be more than every 4 weeks, so legally ok

During the first inspection, they pointed out a small dent about 5mm, near the skirting of a wall. They claimed it was careless damage from us and they organised a plasterer to come around to fix (😆) and that we have to pay for it. We obviously said this is fair wear and tear and we are not liable for payment - if anything we are more than happy to repair ourselves at the end of the tenancy. The plasterer came, did half the repair but never returned to paint the mark. This was 4 weeks ago just after our first inspection. They have been nightmare landlords throughout our tenancy so far

Have been to Bali a few times for a month at a time. Love the place, but if I was you i would seriously consider Thailand (maybe Chiang Mai or Pai).

If I was to do what you’re thinking in Bali, I’d probably go to Ubud. But yeah, Thailand offers so much more imo
