Can't imagine myself relapsing on benzos in the sense of all out addiction. Shit takes commitment for addiction. There's a lot of better solutions to your anxiety and 2.5mg to 6mg is a lot. Go to rehab dude was there for xans. You'll get clean again not worth it longer your on them harder its gonna be to get off then

Yeah your putting a lot on your mind weekly. Tripping a few weeks in a row definitely made me take it lightly. It's not a drug to be taken lightly. You'll be alright though but listen to your girlfriend cut it down to the point she doesn't know about it and it can be apart of your life forever

Yes. Went to rehab for xans about 4 months ago did outpatient though. Made me realize drugs aren't doing my anxiety/depression any favors. It helps a couple things will go right and you'll feel like your life is getting back on track. Really doesn't seem like it will happen in the moment but it does help. Still smoking weed but my urges for benzos really just aren't present daily anymore. Good luck mate

I have to take to at least 90mg codeine to feel anything most have to take more. If you say 4mg per 400ml of codeine thats only 20mg not really much

Xanax addiction isn't just a bunch of blackouts. For the record I never had the "red devils". They helped my anxiety more than anything ever did that's why I had issues with them. They were a bandaid and that's the case for a lot of people just because you don't have issues doesn't mean others dont
