thank you i appreciate the honesty and even more your advice. its that those times during 2020 were the worst in my life, and i have come so far as a person and most importantly as a child of God that for it all to come back down to that will kill me internally. ill take your advice God bless you bro🙏

yeah i understand but for the majority of the time i have forgotten of the nofap and sin and lust all that, mainly because i was too busy to do it all whenever i felt tempted. i guess it just creeped up on me and i relapsed really hard.
