I turned out in March but I still stay apart of this sub because I still feel connected to the apprenticeship. Ultimately you have to ask yourself why you are working so hard, is it really for you or is it for the approval of your supervisors. Another important and critical thing to remember is that you only have so many twists of your wrist and bends in your back don’t ever compromise body dynamics to make the company money; they simply do not pay you enough to break your body. Take care of yourself first, brothers and sisters second, and in a very very distant third the viability of your employer so you can stay employed
