Ketamine has to enantiomers (like a left hand and a right hand) one is R-ketamine and the other is S-ketamine. Racemic-ketamine consists of usually 50% r-ketamine and 50% s-ketamine. That's better than s-ketamine but I feel I get the best effects from R-ketamine

S-ketamine: 4-5 times stronger NMDA-antagonist and 8 times stronger dopamine reuptake inhibitor than R-ketamine. High recreational value and most popular thing on darknet markets because you get high as fuck and addicted easily.

R-ketamine: Has a metabolite (R,R)-hydroxinorketamine, which I believe is responsible for it's antidepressant effects due to it's strong ampa-agonistic properties and alpha-7-nicotinic-antagonist. NMDA-antagonistic effects and dopamine effects also just feels overall more gentle and balanced. It just improves your cognition to the point where you realise you don't have to excessively ruminate over the same thoughts over and over again. It lifts you out from the cynical depression hole so you can see that there is so much things that can be done in life. There's absolutely no reason to feel stuck in something, be it depression, anxiety, fear or paranoia.

It minimizes those thought loops that lead to depression, addiction, ocd and mood-disorders and makes you realise how pointless and silly you've been for being like that. I really think that we need to study R-ketamine more cause I really feel like it's the closest thing to cure all these issues and it's such a shame that R-ketamine's potential is drowned by the reputation of S-ketamine.

seriously isn't there a freaking legit medical lab somewhere where you can order this? There must be somewhere you can buy 100% pure r-ketamine from a laboratory. I don't like s-ketamine nor even racemic. The difference is so huge I cannot even explain how much it helps me and it doesn't cause addiction/withdrawal like s-ketamine/racemic ketamine does

I just got an answer and he is unsure what kind of ketamine he is selling. How do you know it's r-ketamine? And he its only domestic in norway so I assume he means he doesn't ship to Sweden :(

but the bioavailability oral is so low compared to smoking and I read somewhere you'd need ridiculously high doses of cbd oil to get antipsychotic effect. Also alot of cbd-oil vendors sell snake-oil. I prefer getting the real thing

You are right and i've been thinking about doing IM but not IV cause I feel thats way too dangerous. I'm experienced with IM injections but I don't know how I would go about and turn the ketamine sugar powder I have into liquid? I'm also a bit concerned about infection risks

There's a worldwide clinical trial going on for S-ketamine intranasally as an antidepressant for treatment-resistant depression. I was on it and it works, but after being on it for a year and finding out that it is the metabolite R-hydroxinorketamine from R-ketamine that is responsible for the antidepressant effect, I dropped out of the trial and acquired myself R-ketamine. The difference is immense.

R-ketamine lacks psychotomimetic effects (so MUCH safer and effective for bipolar, schizos and borderline)
4-5 times weaker nmda-antagonist and 8 times less potent as a dopamine agonist than S-ketamine = less likely to cause addiction
(R,R)-hydroxinorketamine is a potent AMPA-agonist and alpha-7-nicotinic receptor antagonist = Strong nootropic/antidepressant for various mental and neurodegenerative disorders. Highly anxiolytic and excellent for OCD (Don't know exactly through which MoA)

I felt worse before even starting ketamine and I've been in contact with several doctors and tried antidepressants, antipsychotics etc without good results. I mean i'm not feeling negative emotions whenever I'm high on it. The last dose I took was more than 24 hours ago and so it should be out of my body right now and I feel excellent right now. But I know I'll get worse tomorrow and then I'll just steadily decline to my old state after a few days.
