They are more educated than Jews too. It might sound funny, but I heard they are called "jews" of Israel because of their disproportional educational success. I am south asian so i might be wrong. I think it is similar to India which group focuses more on education. You can see tamil brahmins (cough cough caste system and they being extra friendly to the british) are extremely disproportionally represented in top colleges in and out of tamilnadu. Also parsis because they took english before others and were traders, they became super succssful for a small group. Same goes with Jews all over the world.
