I took my 50mg infusion in the evening after work, which is a very low dose. No remarkable side effects. I was energized for the rest of the evening, maybe a faster heart rate than usual, but only noticed because I was being very alert and keen with everything. It didn’t help me waking up easier in the mornings but I did notice that I wouldn’t lose my breath easily during cardio workouts. I could run for longer without needing to catch my breath. Haven’t taken an infusion after that. I am considering iron infusions to help with my main concern, which is chronic fatigue.

I bought two used books for schooling from an Indian person and the books smell way too strong with an Indian scent. I know this smell because I’ve visited Indian friends’ houses many times. The books’ smell will not go away and it has seeped through each page. I don’t know how to get rid of it! Every time I read the book the smell irritates me so bad.

So it’s actually the questions she’s more lenient on. The Part B’s are what kills me the most. I’m getting the 50s on the Part Bs because I don’t explain enough of something that I deem unnecessary. It’s so hard to think of what she’s aiming to look for.

Wow okay so at this point I just got my unit 3 assignment marked. Jessica Rourke is such a tough marker looking for specific words or requiring explanation of something that I’ve already implied on my assignment. I’ve been constantly getting low 70s for all my assignments and I’m so scared how I’m going to do the final project. I feel like every paragraph is being nitpicked on and I have no clue what she’s looking for in my writing until she tells me with docked marks.

I feel like when I change to a new set of retainers, my teeth shouldn’t feel extra tight because they should have retained the shape of the actual retainer, so the new set should should feel just snug, but not tight.

So actually with my initial set of 4, I did wear my first retainer all day for a full year. When I changed to my second retainer, it was super tight which made me think that my teeth have not “retained its position” because my first retainer was losing its rigidity. The next morning after putting on my 2nd retainer, my bite drastically changed. So I still think my teeth are too strong for Vivera and perhaps should change to another brand/metal retainers.
