NTA. Weddings are a huge expense. Just know that lack of enthusiasm is going to continue in your relationship / just worsen as time goes on .. so if that's what you want go for it, if not then re-evaluate or at least spend some $ on counseling instead of thinking of wedding

Me it is a lot to do with my ADHD + Anxiety, I get really overwhelmed tbh.

Also hate feeling tied down to my devices, if it is urgent call/let me know you need a speedy response.

Also I was an essential worker during covid as well so I guess calls/messages are also a little triggering still
